Day 75
3 miles run with Vodka. I just really felt like running today. And felt like just running to enjoy being free and wild. No course, no pace and no distance in mind, I just felt like running as fast as I can keep up. I love when Vodka needs to push herself to keep up with me. Those are the runs that make you feel alive. I felt great feeling my legs, my arms and my lungs working. We take our health, our life for granted, but we really shouldn’t.

Day 73
5 miles trail running with Lilo.
Such a glorious day in Vancity. I have faith in you Vancouver, I am putting away all my winter cloths and bringing my summer dresses out. Don’t disappoint me or get me sick please. Today was just so nice out there, fresh mountain air and the sun peaking thru the forest… Nothing beats trail running. It makes everything so much better. It makes you feel so free and wild.

Day 70, 71 & 72!
Thursday, Friday Bar Method, Saturday 5 miles trail running with Vodka. Lunch time Bar Method is the best, a perfect full body workout in an hour. I am getting addicted to it, feeling stronger every day. And today, getting back to the trails was just what I needed to clear my mind from all the madness that has been happening around me lately. Being out in the woods made Vodka pretty happy as well. Read more
Day 69
Day 69
Lunch time 3 miles run with Lilo. What a crazy day in Vancity today! I seriously woke up so angry to the rain, to the grayness of the day. It felt like January when I had to put on my wellies and put on doggies rain jackets this morning. Cold, wet and windy. Just yuck. So after ranting for couple of hours about the awfulness of the weather in Vancouver, something happened. The sun decided to join.
Day 68
Day 68
These photos will explain the day in our household. Worked more than 12 hours, and the girls were at the daycare. I managed to squeeze in my lunch time Bar Method.
Tomorrow is another day full of chaos but I am keeping myself on track, not delaying what life is offering out there.
Taking things a bit slower than I would like to, but never abandoning them.

Day 63 & 64
Day 63 & 64
I have been Bar Methoding almost every day of the week now! My legs are so tired, I can’t even describe it. This Friday night, is all about chilling, taking it slow. I needed that. One amazing thing about living with dogs; they remind you how much fun you can have with the simplest things in life. Let’s take Vodka. Every time, while we wait for the elevator, she rolls and flips on the carpet in the hallway. There must be something about the carpet rubbing against her fur that makes her go nuts. I am going to film her one day.
Day 56 & 57 and 58!
Day 56 & 57 and 58!
Today’s entry required an exclamation mark because I haven’t been writing for the last 2 days! Not slacking, still did my 10km on Thursday then lunch time Bar Method both days. I am having trouble sleeping properly lately, and that’s been the issue with delayed posts. I am exhausted physically and mentally but there is no switch button to thoughts.
Things will calm down eventually, or I’ll adapt to the tempo. You need to push your limits to learn about yourself!

Day 53 & 54
Since I have been a slacker (go ahead, tell it to my face), it’s going to be a long one tonite. My sincere apologies. Monday morning started with a 6am Bar Method and today is ending with a lovely moonlight run after work with Vodka.
By the way, I feel like more of you started running recently. So happy and proud of all of you who are going out and choosing the be active and playful. And to be honest, spring running is so peaceful.

Day 47
Day 47
Lunch time Bar Method. Back in business. Not sure about you guys, but I miss my summer photos. The trails, the ocean side, color in general. These last couple of days I am finding it hard to capture anything colorful in my day. Where are the cherry blossoms and when can I start proper trail running again!? I honestly really miss the forest. I have a long run to do this weekend, might be a bit challenging to hit the trails just yet.
