Day 70, 71 & 72!
Thursday, Friday Bar Method, Saturday 5 miles trail running with Vodka. Lunch time Bar Method is the best, a perfect full body workout in an hour. I am getting addicted to it, feeling stronger every day. And today, getting back to the trails was just what I needed to clear my mind from all the madness that has been happening around me lately. Being out in the woods made Vodka pretty happy as well.

My feeling of hopelessness is gone, lately I have been reminded by our collective ability to bring in our own innovation, passion, and empathy. These are the qualities we desperately need if we're going to move beyond the world we live in. I see a growing movement of people and organizations taking the initiative to engage, connect, solve problems, share, and change their communities and the world.

And yes, there are days we feel hopeless and down but by daring to take risks and to aceept to fail as many times as necessary before we succeed, we are re-creating the world that we want to live in. I know I won't be able to save all the animals I would like to. I will still donate for their medical treatments for their chance of survival, or pay their adoption fees or fundraise to support others who care enough to volunteer their lives to help others.

Life gets busy, we get off the track. Sometimes we even get lost. But the things we care about so strongly still stay the same. I see so many animals looking for their forever homes, or looking for someone who will cover the vet bill that I cannot take a break and ignore the reality.

We are bunch of ordinary people seeking for the extraordinary. We are here to make a difference.

So go out there be out of ordinary, put on your superhero outfit and dare to change the world. You decide the rules, you decide how you are going to live your life. Don't you think your talent, your health, your life should make a difference? Nothing comes from being idle and living an ordinary life. Work is going to get in the way, it always does. Other responsibilities will creep in. Don't give up. Take a break if you need to but then get back on track and help others!
Lots of love to you all. xo
