Day 65 & 66 and 67!
Combining days once more. Busy week ended with a busy weekend. I have been working 6-7 days a week, which leaves not enough time for play & recovery but I am doing my best. 6am Bar Method today, and planning to stick with the running schedule for the rest of the week.

I just wanted to share a beautiful thing i witnessed the other day with you all. These kinda little things put a smile on my face and makes me stop for a moment in my hectic life to enjoy simple random encounters. I was taking the girls to the park as usual, I noticed an old man pushing a baby stroller that was carrying his belongings instead of a baby. Then I saw he was holding his 2 little dogs on his lap, tiny little things. He sat down on a bench at the park, put couple of newspapers on the floor where he laid the doggie bowl. He had a tiny tiny crate underneath the stroller for his dogs.

I couldn’t see the smaller one underneath his jacket, but he was so simply cuddling with them sitting on that bench at the park. He didn’t look homeless, but he definitely looked like he can barely afford his life let alone look after his 2 companions. I just watched them for a distance. I wanted to go and talk to him, but he was so content sitting there with his dogs that i didn’t want to disturb. I know a dog or a cat give people a sense of stability in a very uncertain world. A pet is companionship, protection and a sense of worth or even some form of normality.

And as for most animals, home is not under a roof, but with the person they are bonded to. It was an unexpected beautiful moment in my day. We just have to remember the bigger picture sometime, and stop in our crazy lives to observe.
There are lots of little things we should appreciate and pay attention too.
Maybe tomorrow on your way to work, just take a closer look to your neighborhood and see if you find something that will inspire you and put a smile on your face.
Sending you lots of love. xo
