Day 59

Day 59
10km solo run. Such an amazing day here in Vancouver. The wind is so gentle, the sun is so warm and the beauty of this city is just hard to describe. I had to work today until 6pm, but still head out for my run along the water facing the sun, feeling the fresh warm air, taking every breath with a smile. Nothing beats the feeling of a run outside in the sun after a long week of work. And also, it feels like it’s the beginning of trail running season soon! Cannot wait!

Since today is Easter Sunday and everybody ate their chocolates, enjoyed family time and spent a day out in the sun, how about sparing some time for giving back or humanitarian affairs? You know that “feel good” feeling? If you felt lucky and grateful for everything you have in your life (family, health, freedom…), take a moment to think about those who are not as fortunate as we are.
You know me. I am an avid animal rights activist. It’s my dream to change the way the humans connect with the environment and the animals.

I know some of you have other causes that you feel stronger about. May it be cure for cancer, supporting art education, ending poverty & homelessness or saving the polar bears… Just take a moment to take action, support those people who dedicate their lifes and sometime risk their lifes for those causes. Donate a little amount, or a large amount. Drop them a note. Show them you are here to support them and they are not alone in their fight.
Sending you all lots of love, you guys rock. xo
