6 am 20 miles solo long run. Well that was a long run. Especially since I had to fit this run in the morning before going to work…Ouch. At least I had proper dinner and kept it quiet on Friday night. We had drinks with work peeps, I behaved and came home around 9. Well done Bubbles, well done. This morning at 5.30am I was definitely glad that I went to bed early.
I took Vodka to work today. She was so hyper for couple of hours then I think she realized that she needs to nap at some point. She didn’t really have a chance. Now at home, she is snoring. I am loving it.
I hope my legs are not going to be too sore tomorrow. I ran from Gastown, around Stanley Park then English Bay till Burrard bridge and back. Lots of runners out there today. I need to find a trail for tomorrow’s run. Time to research. Any recommendations?
Lately I have been reading about Buddhism. I don’t believe in religion but I feel like my life principles share some similarities with Buddhism.
