120 Days to go

Since I didn’t go for a run after work yesterday, I woke up real early to get going. 6am 4miles run with Vodka. Such a lovely morning here in Vancouver; there were some gorgeous looking cloud formations. My stomach wasn’t ready for the run, so I had to rush back home. You runners, you know what I mean.

Yesterday we reached $600. Thank you Joe de Michelis! I would love to reach $1000 by the end of April but that may be wishful thinking. I am so looking forward to visiting Ojai and meet the search teams down there. I was watching another video about the founder of SDF yesterday. It’s so inspiring what she accomplished. When you have enough passion to do to something, age, money or any other limitations don’t matter.
“The only thing that will stop you from fulfilling your dreams is you.”

We often get trap between distinguishing who we are from who we think we should be. We create these rules and controls to try and give meaning to our lives, and then suddenly, we find we’re no longer fulfilled with our lives. Suddenly, we’re trapped by the “rules” and “boundaries” we’ve created. Since it’s Friday, how about this; don’t think about what people say about us, or what we think about other people, or what we think life should be and what we think life really is, or what we have to do to avoid failing at life?

Focus on where you want to go today, breathe. Let go of things. Let the negativity go and remind yourself that life Life is what we make out of it.

Lots of love to you all and thank you for your continuous support.
